Château Presseux is about an hour's drive from my 'head office' in Herten. Out of sight, a bit hidden in the forest near - you guessed it - the Belgian town of Presseux - lies this beautiful wedding location. Romy and Thijmen thought it would be a great place to get married, and I completely agree!
Let me take you back in time a few months. It was September and the end of the wedding season was slowly approaching. It is always a hectic time with alternating beautiful weddings and long days at home behind the computer. Because once those photos have been taken, they must of course also be selected and edited! But on a day like Romy and Thijmen's wedding you completely forget the hustle and bustle. Immediately after my arrival the atmosphere was good and it remained that way throughout the day.
It was so nice to capture these two lovebirds. Their chemistry and the fun they have with each other is extremely contagious. There was a lot of laughter, a few tears here and there and not to forget: a delicious meal. My mouth is almost watering here when I think back to the Indonesian food I enjoyed. On a day like this I can't stop taking photos, and it was quite a challenge to make a selection for this post. But I think it turned out reasonably well. What do you say?
